Please read these terms before using ebiTV+. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. What ebiTV+ is

ebiTV+ is a media player. It does not include, host, provide or sell any channels, movies, series or other media content. All content is supplied by the Xtream Codes or M3U playlist/subscription that you add yourself.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the playlists, subscriptions and content you use with the app and for ensuring you have the legal right to access them.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorised to access.
Any dispute regarding content, availability or quality is between you and your content/service provider.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features may require an active plan tied to your device. Trials and plans are provided as described in the app and may change over time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend services.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any content delivered by third-party providers, service interruptions, or indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
